In order to use certain features of the Web site (e.g., purchasing products and services (referred to collectively as “Products” herein) from the Web site), you must register for an account with Double Agent Shoes (DoubleAgentShoes.com) and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the Web site registration form. You represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (c) your use of the Web site does not violate any applicable law or regulation or the terms of this Agreement. You may de-activate your Double Agent Shoes account at any time, for any reason, by unchecking the e-mail preference box on the “My Account” section of the Web site. Double Agent Shoes may suspend or terminate your DoubleAgentShoes.com account.
Account Responsibilities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your DoubleAgentShoes.com account login information. You are fully responsible for all activities that are associated with your DoubleAgentShoes.com account (including but not limited to any purchases, use of the Web site, or correspondence from your account). You agree to immediately notify Double Agent Shoes of any unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use of your DoubleAgentShoes.com account or any other breach of security. When you provide Double Agent Shoes with such notice, Double Agent Shoes will suspend or otherwise secure your Account to prevent future unauthorized activity.
DoubleAgentShoes.com offers free shipping to USA and Canada on orders placed on our Web site, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.
International Shipping:We also offer a flat fee shipping rate to International orders, according to location. Your order total with all shipping fees will be available during checkout in your chosen country and currency.
How does a PRESALE work?
If an item is on PRESALE it means we have that item on order for a future release. You may pre-purchase the item to secure having it when it is released. Note that you will be billed for the item at time of order, even though the item may not be shipped to you for several month. PRESALE oders cannot be cancelled without incurring a 15% restocking charge.
Some merchandise is sold at PRESALE.
Such items are indicated as such and specify in the description
of the item the estimated release and ship date.
NOTE:When you place a PRESALE order for an item your charge card
will be billed at that time the order is placed.
Cancellations of Pre-Orders items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
You may also apply payment of a PREORDER to a new order as a store credit.
Shipping dates are quoted per the manufacturer and may change due to production issues.
We cannot guarantee an exact shipping date.
Please note that there are sometimes delays in receiving new merchandise due to production or shipping issues that we have no control over. We will ship merchandise as soon as we receive it.
Also note that the pictures we have online are pictures of prototypes and sometimes the final product may be slightly different than the original prototype.
The merchandise will ship to you as soon as it is in stock.
In the event that merchandise does not come in within six (6) months of estimated ship date you can receive a full refund with no restocking fee.

Cancellations and refunds of pre-orders

We hope that you love our shoes and that are completely satisfied with your Double Agent Shoes purchase; therefore, if you order the wrong size, exchange is available:
Our shoes may only be exchanged for store credit.
Refund is subject to approval. If refund is approved it will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
We will inspect merchandise sent back for refund or store credit and reserve the right to reject returns.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

We do not refund/credit shipping charges (International & USA purchases).
Merchandise must be returned and received unworn, in the original packaging, with all included accessories and tags, and with the original shipping invoice. Be sure to test your new shoes on a soft/carpeted surface. Shoes that are scuffed or worn are not returnable.
Items purchased with any offer/coupon codes may result in adjusted credited amount.
If you receive your Double Agent Shoes and there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us for instructions on returning the shoes to us-- one we received your faulty pair we will mail you a new replacement pair within seven (7) business days of our receipt of the faulty pair, at no extra cost to you.
For Store Credit: Your store credit will be issue within 3-7 business days after your original purchase has been returned to us.
Although we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we suspect the damage, defect, or fault was not caused by us.
If you wish to cancel an order after it was placed, email us immediately (within 24 hours), and we will gladly cancel the order. Once an order has been processed it cannot be canceled. No cancellations accepted after 24hours of placing an order, no exceptions.
